Hopelink’s Fundraising Events


WHAT WE DID

We love it when clients invite us to create an event-specific video and then produce the event itself. It lets us flex both our production muscles and unlocks all kinds of creative opportunities.

Case in point: Hopelink’s 2023 Reaching Out Luncheon.

For the 28th edition of their flagship fundraiser, Hopelink wanted to weave a “neighborhood” theme into every aspect of the show. We put our heads together and proposed a popcorn-style video in which interviewees pulled their questions out of a bright blue mailbox. The Hopelink team loved it—so much so that they decided to put a mailbox onstage during the actual program so speakers could stash their notes inside. We even convinced them to put a mini mailbox centerpiece on every table. A mailbox trifecta! (Common was there, too. Which was arguably cooler than our mailbox. Arguably.)
